Riata West is a cozy, family-oriented community consisting of 888 lots. We are located on the northwest corner of Southern Ave. and Watson Road in Buckeye, Arizona, a suburb of Phoenix. Our community is 32 miles west of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport with convenient access to Interstate 10 and Arizona 85.

Children in our community Kindergarten through eighth grade attend Bales Elementary School of the Buckeye Elementary School District. High school students are served by the Buckeye Union High School District and attend Buckeye Union High School.

Riata West is managed by a volunteer group of homeowners from within the community whom are elected to serve on the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is assisted in their administration of the Association by a contracted property management company, currently City Property Management.
